Sorted: Master Your Day App Reviews

40 add

Needs Work

Needs to have timed reminders. One should be able to set or assign at least one time of the day for reminder alerts. Preferably multiple times for us procrastinators. In addition, the task manager interface is confusing and not clearly laid out for those of us who are still reading Crash Courses For Dummies.

Its buggy and bad

Dont do it folks. It looks good but it doesnt work well and it buggy as heck. Stick with what you have and you will be happier.

Excellent App

Hands down, best app Ive used for task management. Easy to set up recurring tasks (with a multitude of options), as well as recurring reminders if desired. Ive used 2Do, Things, Clear, etc. None have made me comfortable in feeling that this is the one. For anyone that has used Clear, this app will be fairly intuitive. There are minor differences, but the learning curve is accomplished in minutes. For those who havent, easily understood instructions are native in the app. Overall, I couldnt be happier with this app. I look forward to seeing where they go with it.

Good but need improvement

1- please change your app icon. 2- please add widget in today

Brilliant, Beautiful, Useful

Finally an intuitive and useful on-the-go daily schedule planning app! This takes the best parts of the "Clear" App and adds even better features and usefulness for daily time planning, all without compromising on a beautiful chrome-less user experience. The gestures are truly brilliant, fast, and fun to use! Ive tried many of the popular schedule, list, to-do, GTD-style apps and this is the most useful and fastest at doing what it does. I urge others to try it and also try "Clear" - they work great together and the basic gestures are learned faster this way. Thank you for your work on developing this and please keep updating in the future!

Innovative, effective

Really enjoying all the thought and care that was put into creative ways of interacting with this app. Multi-item select and quick rescheduling to different times and dates are particularly stand-out features. Make sure to watch the tutorials if youre curious how it all works! Well done; happy to have purchased. :-)

The Most Productive App

These developers went above and beyond to make Sorted accessible to the visually impaired by adding support for dynamic type! Im deleting 5 other apps since Sorted does everything they do in one place Once it gets auto-resettable checklists, it will be true perfection.

Ive tried lots of apps. This works for me

Omnifocus,2do, clear, etc. I find Sorted the most practical. Learning how to use the system takes a little adaptation but is worth it. Mi was impatient and dropped it once or twice but have come back bc its the best I can find.

Love this app

I have used everything from Todoist, Toodledo, Trello, Omniplanner, to Wunderlist. Ive been frustrated that there isnt a good app to manage a dynamically changing hourly schedule with lots of taks. Sorted is finally the answer that makes a busy and changing hourly schedule manageable with a beautiful UI. Assigning and changing times is super quick. The UI is innovative and unique so it took me several minutes to learn how it works. My one request would be to set a snoozing reminder for individual tasks rather than all tasks.

Almost perfect

Ive always been in limbo with reminders apps. iOS reminders is too simple, and other apps are overkill for me personally. Clear was close but lacked the depth that I needed. Sorted hit the sweet spot for me, its perfect for my needs. Waiting on a watch app to make it 5 stars..

Update??

Was my go to app for reminders & lists, but now with IOS 10 I cant set the time anymore for reminders!! Hoping for an update was definitely 5 stars before!!

Great App

I am loving this app and how interactive it is. Its beautiful with great options to save and change tasks quickly. Also great tips and help setup to learn how to become a pro at using the app

Terrific product

It is rare to see a product so finely polished upon its first release. Within weeks, I have begun using Sorted on a daily basis. Sorted was clearly built with outstanding UX in mind, and it shows. Changing appointment times or reordering a list is incredibly intuitive. The design is simple and attractive. The documentation explaining the app is thorough and clear. I look forward to seeing more from this company soon.

Innovative, effective

Really enjoying all the thought and care that was put into creative ways of interacting with this app. Multi-item select and quick rescheduling to different times and dates are particularly stand-out features. One thing to be aware of is that it does not seem to support recurring reminders (or at least, I havent found the feature yet if it exists). Even so, well done; happy to have purchased. :-)

Keep developing!

Such an awesome mix of Clear and calendar

Prettiest to-do app by far, missing key functions

If Clear and Fantastical had a baby, it would be this app. Its gorgeous and works perfectly. BUT I cannot use this app as my sole TO-DO and calendar because it cant make recurring tasks, which for me is a must. If this could set up recurring tasks as easily as Due, this could even pry me away from Omnifocus.

Great app but unusable without repeating tasks...

This app is easy to use, efficient, and polished. But like other users stated it desperately needs reoccurring tasks.

Nice app. Missing some features

Overall this is nice todo app though it is missing reoccurring tasks and Today widget extension. Also I would love swipe to complete task.

Like it

This is a much more useful "Clear" and "Fantastical" combination. I am enjoying using it because of the very clever controls the developers have built to enter and move reminders. You can shift the reminder times of individual tasks or select several and move them together using a time ruler along the left side of the screen. Using a two finger spread gesture you have the ability to move reminders further apart in time on one day. There is a tagging function that lets you create different lists of tasks. The help section is very well done with short videos showing how to do all of the gestures to make edits to your tasks. It all works very well for me and I like the app a lot.

Keep discovering flaws, but still a good app

This is the scheduling app Ive been waiting for. It does everything I need it to, beautifully, with a very basic set of gestures to control it. For those of you who are familiar with Clear, the learning curve is a tiny hump. The update solved a few problems, but there are still a few bugs that need to be squashed, so dont let this be your ONLY scheduler/to-do list. Its so darned close to being amazing. Bugs to fix before five stars rating achieved: -- added tasks not reliably retained after task switch -1★ until fixed Surprisingly, this error is still here: -- November has an inexcusable error. November 6th occurs twice, throwing everything out of whack. -1★ until fixed. You would think that bugs like this would make this unusable, but its SUCH a great idea, Im willing to stay with this app until the patches come in.
